Gourmet Poultry Curries are made by Cooking a Raw Whole Bird, Goron Spice, and Hylian Rice together in a Cooking Pot. When eaten, they'll heal several of Link's Hearts to his Life Gauge. Prior to the second Great Calamity, these meals were served in Hyrule Castle, and the poultry used in making it is of high quality.[1]
By adding more ingredients, different variations of Gourmet Poultry Curry can be made:
- Hearty Gourmet Poultry Curry:[2] Made by adding hearty ingredients. Eating these curries will completely heal all of Link's Hearts and temporarily increase his maximum Hearts.[2]
- Energizing Gourmet Poultry Curry:[3] Made by adding energizing ingredients. If eaten, they'll replenish a portion of Link's Stamina Wheel.[3]
- Enduring Gourmet Poultry Curry:[4] Made by adding enduring ingredients. When consumed, they'll completely refill and overfill Link's Stamina Wheel.[4]
- Hasty Gourmet Poultry Curry:[5] Made by adding hasty ingredients. Link's movement speed is boosted by eating these curries.[5]
- Spicy Gourmet Poultry Curry:[6] Made by adding spicy ingredients. They grant Link one level of Cold Resistance when eaten.[6]
- Electro Gourmet Poultry Curry:[7] Made by adding electric ingredients. When eaten, Link will gain one level of Shock Resistance.[7]
- Mighty Gourmet Poultry Curry:[8] Made by adding mighty ingredients. If eaten, they'll boost the power of Link's attacks.[8]
- Tough Gourmet Poultry Curry:[9] Made by adding tough ingredients. They increase Link's defense if consumed.[9]
- Sneaky Gourmet Poultry Curry:[10] Made by adding sneaky ingredients. When Link eats these, he'll receive an increase to his Stealth for a short period of time.[10]
- Chilly Gourmet Poultry Curry:[11] Made by adding cold ingredients. Eating them will grant Link one level of Heat Resistance temporarily.[11]
