The Golden Darknut is an enemy in Oracle of Seasons.[1]
Characteristics[]
The Golden Darknut, along with three other Golden Monsters, appears around various regions of Holodrum after talking to a golden robed Old Man in the water receded cave around the Gnarled Root Dungeon while it is Summer. The Golden Darknut can be found in the Western Coast while it is Spring. After defeating it, along with the other Golden Monsters, Link will receive a Magic Ring from the Old Man which, when appraised, becomes the Red Ring.[2]

- Golden Darknuts appear as unused enemies in the code of The Minish Cap, with the same behavior as the Black Knight.[3]
