Reesong Palace is Ganon's stronghold in Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon. It is a large fortress-like castle in the middle of Gamelon's most montainous area. It is considerably run-down and understandably filled with Ganon's hordes of minions. There is a long bridge over a river that connects to The Fairy Pool and Shutoy Lake (as seen in the map). The bridge is built in Nokani Forest, and you can also see some trees of this forest in the dungeon start. This bridge it's where Zelda starts the dungeon. It is also here that Ganon has King Harkinian locked up. Impa appears in the fortress yard and tell Zelda that she "can only win by falling". She actually means that there is a sewer in the castle and Zelda should fall in. A entrance is blocked by a rock and can be destroyed with 10 bombs. The entrance leads into a underground passage that contains a door in the other side. The door leads into a tower. The tower is filled with flying enemies and statue heads. Outside the tower, Zelda will be in the castle top yard. In the middle of the yard, a sewer entrance is seen, and Zelda should fall in just like Impa said. Inside the sewer there is a small passage that connects into a destroyed room, where spikes fall from the ceiliong constantly. The key is located in this room. After it's colected, Zelda must go back to the sewer and enter another passage that lead her back to Reesong Palace's outer. She have to pass through the whole castle again until she reach the yard. The yard contains a big gate that can now be unlocked with the key collected before. The gate will take Zelda to Ganon's lair, who will show up afraid of the Fairy Lantern's light. Once Ganon has been defeated, he'll be imprisioned in the Book of Koridai, and item that got somehow in Gamelon. He will also drop a key that is required to unlock the King. Once the King is freed, the Royal Retainer shows up with the apprehended Duke Onkled who begs for mercy from the King. Lady Alma is also there and when Zelda tells her to stop looking at her stupid mirror and breaks it, she frees Link who was somehow imprisoned in the mirror. Completing this area completes the game.
