The Game Settings menu is an interface in Hyrule Warriors.[2]

Overview[]

The Game Settings are a submenu in the Settings menu. The Game Settings menu allows the player to change the settings of the gameplay to their preferences.[1] The first setting is the difficulty level, where the player can choose how much of a challenge they want to give themselves.[3][4] The second setting is the health gauge, which allows the player to see every health gauge of every Enemy while in battle.[5][6] The third setting is the midbattle cinematics, which determines whether cutscenes like Giant Bosses and enemy Warriors appearing play while in Adventure Mode.[7][8] The fourth and final setting in the 8-bit weapons setting.[9] This setting allows the player to change the appearance of some multi-element weapons to instead be 8-bit versions of references to other items in The Legend of Zelda series.[10] The default version of these settings are the difficulty level set to normal, the health gauge off, the midbattle cinematics on, and finally the 8-bit weapons off. The player can return to these default settings quickly by pressing the return to default button.[11][12]
