Fragrant Mushroom Sautés are a meal that can be made by Cooking Goron Spice with Mushrooms together in a Cooking Pot. Regular Fragrant Mushroom Sautés can be made by using a Hylian Shroom in the recipe or by using multiple mushrooms with differing effects. Eating them will heal some of Link's missing Hearts in his Life Gauge. The aroma of these dishes make mouths water.[1]
Fragrant Mushroom Sautés are favored by Nellie, a resident of Gerudo Town, who makes it whenever she is feeling tired.[2]
Based on the types of Mushrooms used, several different variations of Fragrant Mushroom Sauté exist:

- Electro Fragrant Mushroom Sauté:[8] Made using Zapshrooms. Eating them gives Link one level of Shock Resistance.[8]
- Mighty Fragrant Mushroom Sauté:[9] Made using Razorshrooms. When eaten, they'll temporarily increase the damage of Link's attacks.[9]
- Tough Fragrant Mushroom Sauté:[10] Made using Ironshrooms. If they're eaten, Link's defense will be boosted for a short period of time.[10]
- Sneaky Fragrant Mushroom Sauté:[11] Made using Silent Shrooms. Eating one increases Link's Stealth for a time.[11]
- Chilly Fragrant Mushroom Sauté:[12] Made using Chillshrooms. When consumed, Link will temporarily gain one level of Heat Resistance.[12]
