-:I'm not at all familiar with the game, but at a glance I would suggest separate articles for all of them except Level 1 and 6. Unless the dungeons strikingly resemble the places in ALttP, they should have separate articles. For example, Level 2 in AST may be located at the same place as the Waterfall of Wishing in ALttP, but besides that the two locations have nothing in common. On that note, I would also have recommended a separate article for the Swords of Ancient Stone Tablets, as opposed to just throwing them in with the ALttP swords.

Characters from later chronologically are giving birth to characters that lived before them, and characters are given parents from alternate timelines. If you wanted to at least be plausible, you would have to make sure the family tree goes in chronological order. Some of the images are for the wrong character, like Navi and Ciela. Also there appear to be non-canon characters on the tree, such as Lance. If you fixed all of those mistakes, it would be significantly better, although it would still be non-canon, as all fan works are.
