Official..?[]
These CAN'T be official. Not with this quote, along with only 22 of these symbols, from Hyrule Historia:
"These characters date back to the time when the goddess Hylia was governing the land. They can be found on the pedestal of the Statue of the Goddess and on various buildings on the Surface. They are ancient and now impossible to interpret."
Along with an image erroneously described as "Characters on the Gate of Time" even though it's from Lanayru, possibly Lanayru Mining Facility. But the main point is that it can't be a decoder-type thing- it is, as stated by Hyrule Historia, impossible to decipher. And HH lists only 22 characters.
