Fight Lightning with Lightning is a level 48 Challenge in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]

Overview[]

Fight Lightning with Lightning is a Challenge that can be completed using only Riju. When completed for the first time, Riju receives a reward of an Ethereal Stone, ten Palm Fruits, ten Sanke Carps, ten Wildberries, and five Luminous Stones.

At the start of the Challenge, the Riju's objective is to defeat 100 Enemies within five minutes. Most of the Enemies are Electric Lizalfos, which are placed in a line as the map largely made up of a single path. There are two small groups of Electric Keese as well, along with three Electric Chuchus found near the end of the line. At 50 KOs, Mipha, who accompanies Riju, apologizes for not being able to help enough as the Zora is weak to electricity.[2] Riju tells her that her apology is not needed, as it is her job as a chief to help those in need.[3] Once 100 KOs is reached, a closed gate opens at the bottom of the map to reveal an Electric Lynel, and the timer resets to five minutes. Mipha states that the monster has to be defeated immediately, and so the Challenge ends once Riju defeats it.[4]
