Signature

Ok. So I ended my sig with (font color=#9099AA) (but between html tags, of course). Then when I sign with ~ ~ ~ ~, I add a (/font) at the end. Basically, it makes the date and time stamp the same color as my sig. Would that be frowned upon? I would just have to be sure to end my ~ ~ ~ ~ with the (/font) every time, or it'll turn the whole page from that point on, blue. Man, I edited it for like 2 seconds, and you noticed. You are one darn observant sysop ;). I was typing this out when you edited on my talk page. Ya, so would you recommend against that? User:Light Knight/sig 02:28, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

Okay. So you want it like mine. Well, you can't do that in your signature. You have to do it in the signature box in your preferences.

Here is what I typed in it to get mine:

{{subst:User:Matt/sig2}} <span style="color:#C0C0C0;">{{subst:CURRENTTIME}}, {{subst:CURRENTMONTHNAME}} {{subst:CURRENTDAY}}, {{subst:CURRENTYEAR}} (UTC)</span>

As many as you want as long as it is under the page's limit. For articles, you can do it so long as there are not already four up. For images, you can do it so long as there are not already six up. You should make sure that they fit the guidelines at the top of the voting pages before nominating them though.

But don't nominate any images at the moment. The technical problems we are having will prevent it from working correctly. User:Matt/sig 03:40, November 28, 2008 (UTC)

Glitch Pages

I really like having the Youtube videos on the Majora's Mask Glitch page, so good work. I think that's something we should do across the whole glitch category, and will over time. User:Melchizedek/sig 07:49, 29 November 2008 (UTC)

Well good stuff. It really makes the page look better, instead of just heaps of text, like a picture would act. I like the nice rounded edge rectangle (Go Firefox)... anyway, again just wanting to say great job with the Template for the Glitch pages. I like it. Youtube Videos

Okay, here you go. Take a look at the Youtube link. It is:

http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHDDGuYCIgo

There are two parts to this link. All that concerns you is what is after the equals sign. This is the video's unique ID. This ID is the same no matter what Youtube site you find it on. Be it the American, British, Australian, etc.

This unique ID is the most important part of the whole template. Without that, nothing else matters. But you should also specify how wide, in pixels, you want the video to be. Also, you can specify which side you want it to be on. Here are examples:

• {{Youtube|ZHDDGuYCIgo|256}}
• {{Youtube|ZHDDGuYCIgo|256|left}}
• {{Youtube|ZHDDGuYCIgo|256|right}}

You can also put a caption on the video if you want, but then, you have to specify a side as well:

• {{Youtube|ZHDDGuYCIgo|256|right|Glitch}}

I was thinking. Maybe Zelda Wiki could have a FAQ chatbox/room. I was going for an FAQ artical, but then thought of how much of a pain it would be to scroll down the page. Any question that was not answered in the "Help" section, could be answered there. It would be like ZU's chatroom, but for more of a helping purpose then just talking. *Just thought of something else.* Maybe Zelda Wiki could also have a chatroom? [This one, just to chat.] It could also home some chatter upon how to help Zelda Wiki.org, etc... Zien 22:16, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

Mine is on a subpage because my main page is so huge. Yours is small enough that a gallery wouldn't get lost in it like mine would. All you need to do is format it like this:

Changing "You" to "Link"

There is a lot of ways you could do this but I don't really know which ones to change. For example: Some say "you" will have to get Link's bow. Others will explain how "you" should defeat an enemy. Help me understand this concept.--HeroOfTime6 19:43, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

Green Links
