Electric Lynels are Lynels that are given elemental properties due to the Calamity Ganon of the future and the Calamity Ganon of the past being in the same time zone. Electric Lynels have dark green skin with electricity surrounding them. They have yellow horns and grey fur with glowing red eyes. Some of the Electric Lynel attacks feature electric shock waves, similar to Electric Moblins. Electric Lynels use a Savage Lynel Spear unlike regular Lynels in the game. Water fighters like Mipha and Sidon are weak to it and take more damage. Its unique attacks are as follows:
- Causing a lightning strike after stabbing it's spear in the ground
- Causing a lightning explosion
- Firing off electric balls instead of fireballs
