"A curious double-edged sword crafted using Sheikah technology. It was originally made for Hyrulean knights unfamiliar with single-edged blades."
Hyrule Compendium

The Edge of Duality is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a Sheikah sword with a base attack rating of 50 though this may be increased by certain weapon bonuses. The Edge of Duality is a two-handed double-edged sword which was crafted using Ancient Sheikah technology. It was originally intended for Knights of Hyrule unfamiliar with single-edged blades traditionally used by the Sheikah tribe. Unlike the Royal Guard weapons created using Sheikah technology to combat Calamity Ganon, it does not suffer from low durability. It is implied the Edge of Duality was a conventional greatsword developed by the ancient Sheikah for the Knights of Hyrule ten millennia before Breath of the Wild as some are found within Shrines which are 10,000 years old.

The Edge of Duality has a brown blade with a blue and gold handle and a black cross guard sporting a Sheikah emblem outlined in gold and filled with red and blue. The blade is carried across Link's back in a black, torso length, open ended, sheath which holds the blade just below the cross guard. This also shows a gold Sheikah emblem, though it is only filled with the color blue.

in Princess Zelda's Room in Hyrule Castle, a Moblin can be found wielding one which it drops when killed (unless an Ancient Arrow is used) or hit with a Shock Arrow. This Moblin is resurrected every Blood Moon. Additionally one also spawns inside a hidden cave concealed by Boulders in the Gerudo Highlands northwest of Gerudo Tower and will occasionally respawn if Link leaves Gerudo Highlands and returns later. The hidden cave contains other equipment such as a Gerudo Spear, Golden Bow, Radiant Shield, and Moonlight Scimitar along with three Treasure Chests. A Treasure Chest containing one may randomly drop when certain Amiibo are used with the Amiibo Rune such as the Sheik amiibo.
