Toyku Lighthouse is an area available after Nortinka is completed.
Overview
It is a mountainous region where Link can run across the Fat Woman whose necklace was stolen by Gleeok and the Old Man who gives Link the Lantern. Once the area is completed, it opens up the Firestone Lake as a new area.
