Dungeon Keys are Items in Link's Awakening.[1][note 1]

Dungeon Keys
These keys open the entrances to dungeons. If you do not have the correct key for a dungeon, you will not be able to enter it.

Dungeon Keys are required to open certain Dungeons.

Tail Key[]

Main article: Tail Key

The Tail Key is found in the Mysterious Woods.

Slime Key[]

Main article: Slime Key

The Slime Key is obtained by returning Prince Richard his five Golden Leaves found in Kanalet Castle.

Angler Key[]

The Angler Key is dropped by the Lanmola located in the Yarna Desert.

Face Key[]

Main article: Face Key

The Face Key is dropped by the Armos Knight located in the Southern Face Shrine.

Bird Key[]

Main article: Bird Key

The Bird Key is found deep within a cave located in Tal Tal Heights.
