Defend Hyrule Castle is a level 58 Challenge in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]

Overview[]

Defend Hyrule Castle is a Challenge in which two Warriors must capture four Outposts while defending the two that they already control. These two are found in the east and near the center of the map. When it comes to the target Outposts, there is one in the far west, east, and north, and one in a room accessed through a small path. There are also multiple Black Moblins, Black Bokoblins, and a Silver Moblin that assault the allied Outposts from the start of the Challenge. Many Silver Lizalfos are scattered around the map as well.

The northern Outpost contains Black Bokoblins and has a Malice Guardian inside as its boss, while the eastern Outpost is captured by defeating a Black Moblin and a Silver Lynel instead. Although, if there is only a Silver Lynel, a larger and stronger Silver Bokoblin will spawn after its defeat as the Outpost's boss. The western Outpost is filled with Silver Lizalfos and has a Guardian as its boss, and the last Outpost has many Silver Bokoblins with two Silver Moblins that must be defeated to capture it.

The Challenge can be cleared using any two Warrior, and when completed for the first time, the Warriors receive a reward of an Ethereal Stone, 700 Rupees, and a random Weapon.

A Korok can be found in a hallway near in the western area of the map, behind a cracked wall that can be destroyed with Remote Bombs. When talked to, it awards the Warrior with a Korok Seed.
