Zubora and Gabora
Zubora and Gabora are a pair of blacksmiths encountered in Majora's Mask. These smiths live in the Mountain Village, and will do any odd job. With their help, Link can make his sword very powerful. However, a special substance called Gold Dust is needed to make the most powerful sword. The small man is called Zubora, and he has a very chirpy personality. The hulking Gabora seems to be the one who does all the forging while his superior relaxes and drinks a warm beverage. Their very distinct personalities combined together make them one odd pair.
Trivia
- It is theorized by some that Zubora and Gabora went to the dark side and to Hyrule sometime before the events of the Great Flood, as in Wind Waker the text of Phantom Ganon's sword reads Zubora Gabora in Hylian. As such, Zubora and Gabora were possibly the ones who crafted Phantom Ganon's swords.
- Gabora appears to be left-handed, since he holds his hammer in his left hand.
