The Darknut Mask is an Item in Cadence of Hyrule, added with Symphony of the Mask.[1]
Location and Uses[]
The Darknut Mask is obtained after defeating the Black Darknut in the Kakariko Crypt. When equipped, Skull Kid is able to block many forms of damage from the front, including Bombs, making it useful in the Gerudo Arena. However, this consumes Stamina, so it may not be used continuously; the Mask also grants Skull Kid the ability to attack with a Broadsword.[1]
Despite the Darknut Mask coming at the defeat of a Black Darknut, the Mask itself is of a regular Darknut. It is also the only Mask that Link does not possess in Majora's Mask or Ocarina of Time, making it exclusive to Cadence of Hyrule.
