Biography[]
Dampa is a sailor who stands near the Bomb Shop on Windfall Island, and is the son of Missy. He owns the island's Pigs and charges Skull Necklaces for a pig-finding game. In The Wind Waker HD, a Treasure Chart can be obtained by beating his mini-game.
