For the Objects called Crystal Balls in Oracle of Ages, see Shock Switch.

Crystal Balls are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][citation needed]

Location and Uses[]

Four Swords Adventures[]

In Four Swords Adventures, Crystal Balls can be thrown and broken to obtain random items such as Force Gems and Carrots.

Skyward Sword[]

In Skyward Sword, after Link defeats The Imprisoned for the second time, Sparrot's Crystal Ball shatters, making him get depressed.[2] Link can use the Dowsing ability to locate a new Crystal Ball for the fortune-teller,[3] which can be found atop the entrance to the Earth Temple. To reach it, Link must Clawshot to the top of the temple and call Scrapper to carry it to Skyloft for him. Once Link gives Sparrot the new Crystal Ball, the fortune-teller rewards him with five Gratitude Crystals.[4]
