Cool Safflinas can be found growing in the snow of the Hebra Mountains and Gerudo Highlands. They also sprout near the Great Fairy Fountain in the Gerudo Desert. Cooking Cool Safflinas into meals Cooking Pot will result in a meal that grants Link Heat Resistance when eaten.[1] At the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village, Cool Safflinas can be used to create Light Blue Dye.
