Bushy-Tailed Squirrels are a brown species of facultative bipedal Squirrels with a beige underbelly. They usually stand on their hind-legs to get a better view of their surroundings before scurrying away on all fours.

Bushy-Tailed Squirrels are found extensively throughout the forests Hyrule Kingdom. The Hyrule Compendium notes Hyrule Field and the Hyrule Ridge as locations where they are common, but they can be found in most Regions. They are very timid rodents that will immediately dart into the thicket at the slightest detection of danger. Bushy-Tailed Squirrels drop an Acorn when attacked.[2]
