The Bridge of Eldin is a recurring stage in the Super Smash Bros. series.

Features and overview[]

Bridge of Eldin is a stage taking place at the location of the same name, which debuted in Twilight Princess. The stage consists of a flat surface, but its ends extend beyond the left and right boundaries, making it possible to walk off the stage to a KO. Hyrule Castle and hills are visible in the background.

At regular intervals, King Bulblin comes riding on Lord Bullbo, sometimes while being followed by a Bulblin, and drops a Bomb Barrel in the middle of the Bridge. This is inaccurate to his appearance in the original game, since Bulblin himself didn't destroy the center of the bridge, and he also doesn't use the Bomb Barrel. After a few seconds, the Bomb Barrel explodes, breaking a hole in the middle of the bridge. After a while, a Portal appears in the sky to restore the missing part of the Bridge.
