The Bridge Builders is a group from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. As their title implies, the group consists of four construction workers; the Foreman and his three children: Duko, Judge and Duke.

A different Bridge Builder is encountered on each continent. Tingle can pay them to build bridges to previous islands that he has visited, though they cannot connect continents together. Their charge rate increases as the game progresses, but it all works out in the end, as the Foreman finds out about his children's greed and forces them to refund the Rupees they took.

The depiction of the Bridge Builders is likely based off of Japanese comedian, Masaki Sumitani.
