Hyrule Compendium Entry
Boko Bows are basic wooden Bows that are used by regular Bokoblins throughout Hyrule Kingdom. They are made by tying a string to either end of a tree branch, so they are not considered to be very effective in combat.[1] Being made by Bokoblins, they belong to the Bokoblin Gear equipment archetype as a result.[2] If scanned using the amiibo Rune, the Breath of the Wild Series Bokoblin amiibo has a chance of spawning a Treasure Chest containing a Boko Bow, along with other Bokoblin Gear.
Being made from wood, Boko Bows will burn if exposed to Fire or a Scorching Climate. They will also float if dropped in Water, but they are unable to be picked up with the Magnesis Rune. Boko Bows do not conduct Electricity, nor do they attract Lightning during Thunderstorms.
Other Appearances[]
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity[]
Boko Bows are wielded by Bokoblins. They cannot be used by any Warriors.
