Yiga Footsoldiers are members of the Yiga Clan who follow their leader, Master Kohga, and Calamity Ganon.[citation needed] They are always hunting Link down, attempting to assassinate him and stop his quest to defeat Ganon. Yiga Footsoldiers can be found all over Hyrule, appearing out of thin air to ambush Link and persisting on their attack until defeated.
