"A Wife Wafted Away" is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview[]
Fronk at Zora's Domain is worried about his wife, Mei, who went out proactively to go fishing, but hasn't seen her back ever since. He last saw Mei headed out east of the Domain, singing about hopping and skipping into a floating place.
Link traces Mei's steps from the east entrance. The only lead he had was the sky island above Zora's Domain. Upon ascending, Link saw smoke coming from a short distance. Upon approaching the smoke, he found Mei at a small pond in the sky island, who appeared happy fishing in the sky island and gleeful in a low gravity environment. After informing Mei of Fronk, Mei realized she forgot about him and went back to the Domain.
Upon returning, Link sees Fronk and Mei together again. Fronk is relieved to see her even after she went to the sky island, while Mei apologized for making him worry. As a thanks for reuniting them both, Mei gave Link some food.
