C'est un enfant qui traîne habituellement dans Célesbourg à la recherche constante d'insectes. Il aimerait se procurer un des filets à papillons vendus chez Terry.
Étymologie[]
La plupart des habitants du Ciel ont été nommés d'après des noms d'oiseaux et "Goël" vient du goéland.
