Here is the first post based on this modern AU I've been working on with a friend.~

This first post is more based on BoTW and AoC, as this features the Divine Beasts. Since in our universe, Zelda and Link are basically ordinary teenagers and all that, we thought of starting off with the 4 main Divine Beasts piloted by 4 champions that will also be part of this AU. We thought of... making them as real life places.

So first up, we have Vah Ruta as a spa and salon.

I'd picture Zora having a lot of serene and relaxing stuff, so we thought why not have Ruta be more like a relaxation area? With a lot of water spas and all that. I'd predict Mipha would most likely work there during after school or she would relax either her brother or friends. So the spa seems fitting.

Next up, Vah Rudania.

Fun fact, I actually got this idea from this one college AU Zelink fanfic I've read on Wattpad. Credit to NebulAce, she makes good Zelda fanfics. :D

Daruk would definitely own this kind of restaurant, with a lot of Japanese cuisine, hibachi, and all that.

Third one we've got is Vah Medoh, this one was kinda hard...

We actually had 2 options for this one, if this could be a sports bar OR a coffee shop... I discussed this earlier with a couple IRL friends of mine, who are also Zelda fans. They personally didn't mind either of them, tho just thinking about it... I'd predict Revali being more of a jock persona.

Not too sure if he would most likely work there, but let's just say that he would most likely hang out there with his home bros and all that. Enjoying watching sports on TV and possibly playing entertainment, just like Top Golf lol. :)

And lastly but not least, Vah Naboris.

Now this one I had in mind for so long, Naboris being more of a hair salon. I'd picture this could be Urbosa's second job, hehe. Not to mention it would give a lot of gerudo vai vibes if you know what I mean.

These are all the places I thought of, along with making these logos on canva. You guys can comment what you think, and yes, I'll make more posts regarding this modernized universe. Don't you worry. ✨️

Guys I found a scrapped divine beast from botw called vah auto and its boss is traffic light blight.

You can call me Tvisha, I've been a Zelda fan since 2018 to 2019. I technically like a lot of it's games, plus I discovered it after a friend introduced me to the franchise. ^^

I'm also from the Nintendo fandom, as I'm currently working on my own modernized AU that will feature Zelda and other games. I did do this little drawing based on it, features Zelda (BoTW) and Peach (Mario).

I would love to show my work here too! Of course, I'll mostly show the Zelda based AU characters, including some OCs. For this AU, I plan to have Link and Zelda to be based on their versions from BoTW/AoC/ToTK/AoI (upcoming game lol), while the rest will be from different games. There will be times that characters looks and personas will be WAY different from the original (mostly with the villains...) and some will be the same but with a modernized twist.

Hope you all look forward to it, I'll be doing all kinds of things with this alternate universe. ^_^
