A few months ago I started getting into music theory and all that. I started, along with one of my friends, on a website called Flat. We originally made very bad scores but then we discovered the beauty of arrangements. We started by doing arrangements of simple songs and worked our way up. But how does this tie into Zelda? I’m getting to that. We eventually started making arrangements of Zelda songs and we noticed something about them.

The amount of dedication put into a video game soundtrack is insane. Inspired, we started making original pieces, most of them being for the fanfiction written by the other friend, edited by Linus, and drawn by myself. I love the music of this series, and it’s just so amazing that Koji Kondo composed the original Zelda theme in just a night. Look it up. If you’re still here after reading the essay I just dropped on you, good job, you get nothing. Bye
