Nah. Link overcomes everything, unless it's another Nintendo hero like Kirby.
Any hardcore fan of the legendary Nintendo 64 Zelda game knows that every one of the three central characters change apperances based on the two 7-year time periods. Well, have you wondered why Ganondorf appeared so damn tall when Link is an adult? It's not a coincidence! Take a look at his in-game models...
Apparently, HE grew too! I believe the Triforce of Power not only made the main villain a lot stronger as the Evil King, but also bulked him up a little bit. Ganon's human form isn't excluded. With this in mind, Fierce Deity Link from Majora's Mask could only be as tall as the "Child" Ganondorf on the left. Crazy, isn't it? All these years, I never knew this...
Yes, it's a mod, but, still, this is awesome! You mess with the cute ones, you're in trouble. Link's little sister giving Helmaroc King (and eventually Ganondorf) the ultimate payback for her kidnapping!
I almost didn't notice this for a while, but in the well-known profile artwork of the Hero of Time from Ocarina of Time, Link is not actually wearing his Hylian Shield. Nothing but his Master Sword. Pretty ironic for me, because most of the time, I actually played the game without a shield unless I really needed it (using the Mirror Shield).
Since when? Haven't you seen The Wind Waker and Twilight Princess?
Me, or the voters in general?

The original in my book. The remake on the Nintendo 3DS has nicer graphics but it does not feel the same in atmosphere like the Nintendo 64 version did, much like Ocarina of Time.
I don't think most fans put this in mind, but Link, yes, he is not technically supposed to wear his sword (and shield) on his back, as the scabbard should be on the hip...but, hey, at least he looks slick this way.
Well, I mean everyone does.

Nah, he would be much worse than that. But, if you look carefully, the game's map in the screenshot is actually Level 6 on first quest and Link fell against its boss.
Yes, this is real. It's from the Japanese Famicom Disk System commercial of the original The Legend of Zelda which also showed Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels.
Not bad
Link's always been young.
Well, kind of, Sakon is still a small antagonist
(Yeah, who thought this was shocking when doing this the first time?)
Even though both this move and the Spin Attack are iconic among fans of Link, some may hate me for this, but in the old 3D games (talking OOT, MM, and WW), when you look at many playthrough videos from users who played Zelda for a long time on YouTube or other social media, they often use the Jump Attack as their primary attack move instead of normal slashes against ANY enemy, especially bosses. I get that the move itself deals good damage and is easy to trigger, but they more often do it with the most powerful weapons and perform it over and over again. If you ask me, trying to kill enemies literally as fast as possible for views is a bit cowardly, unless maybe you're doing a speedrun championship. Seriously, The Legend of Zelda is not Dark Souls.
Now, I've played the series since the N64 days, and I pretty much do the opposite. I let bosses die slowly in those titles, but almost always doing the regular slashes with the Jump Attack being rarely used, and in the case of Ocarina of Time, use the weakest possible weapon, intentionally letting battle drag, often for fun. I don't know, maybe my style represents 15% of the fanbase, but yes, the Jump Attack is so overused, even more so than the Spin Attack.
Nice one.
