If Ocarina of Time had post-game content, here's one example: After defeating Ganondorf and saving Hyrule, Link can optionally go into the Hyrule Castle Town and purchase a unique Hylian outfit from a vendor.
The strange thing is; he can only purchase it as a kid, due to the state of the town in the future, but he can only wear it as an adult. It costs a total of 150 Rupees to buy.
The outfit consists of a blue v-neck shirt, with a red Hylian crest on it, brown pants, and brown shoes. Just like how being paired with Navi made him a "true Kokiri", this clothing set makes him a "true Hylian".
It's also cool how two other Hylians are with Link. It would make some sense for Link to be able to wear this clothing since he isn't really a Kokiri.
