The original in my book. The remake on the Nintendo 3DS has nicer graphics but it does not feel the same in atmosphere like the Nintendo 64 version did, much like Ocarina of Time.

Didn't play, but obviously the remake is better because it looks good and has decent framerate (At least, it does when emulated)
